		<description>Waveplant nice work on Refragment it feels to me like a electronic music landscape, almost like a score for a &quot;helicopter point of view&quot; film of all the major cities of the world...just above it all sonically. i envision &quot;Bloom&quot; as the track above the Chicago skyline. very enjoyable compositions.
