Last month my good friend Ari AKA Release celebrated his debut LP. Four years in the making, Release From Within is a 23 song labor of love featuring many Chicago based MCs and singers, as well as instrumentals often maintaining a unique air of humility (like my personal favorite “Young Sun”).
